Greetings Robert,

Please add to next draft:

· Find a way to include the Eco Northwest charts and info into the section “Sometimes a job alone is not enough”.

· Under the section (Table) “Support the Development of Higher Paying Jobs and Pathways to Secure Them” add a strategy recommendation of implementing an Oregon Solutions process in selected communities.

· Under the section “Support Entrepreneurism in Lower Income Populations” please add a recommendation to increase opportunities and support for worker-owned co-ops. We can fill in some detail around that going forward. It’s mostly holding place language – don’t put any research into it at this point.
