Will this still work for you? You have to be in Portland at noon but this should only take about a ½ hour and it is across the street from the Capitol.

We have a date and place for the closing ceremony. It will be on Wednesday, 4/10/13 at 10:00 at the Public Service Building, Conference Room A. I am drafting an agenda now, but I won’t finalize it until I hear what time Cylvia will be available to speak. We’d also like her to hand out the trophies to the winning agencies.
