Hi Cylvia,

I would be happy to answer questions about the Conference/Reception you are looking to book. How many people are planning to attend? Our Auditorium seats 220 people. What time would you need space for the Reception? What type of catering would you need? We do all of our own catering in-house.

Once I figure receive that information, I can give you the room rental rate. I have attached our catering menus and AV prices for you to look through.

Hi Cylvia,

I spoke with my contact at the 2WTC building and April 9th from 9:00am to 3:00pm will work for the auditorium. They do have an event starting there at 5:00pm so if you were wanting to host an evening reception it would have to move into one of the different 2WTC rooms. I am copying Carrie Pliska on this e-mail as she will be your contact moving forward with the event.

Carrie - Will you please help Cylvia with pricing, availability, catering, etc. for her event. I'm sure she will be in touch with you soon!

Attached is a DRAFT outline of the Gulf Coast conference we are planning to implement. Our date is April 9^th. Please take a look and let us know if this is indeed something we could hold at the PGE auditorium.

If so, we need to know a couple things:

· What are our options for food for the attendees (only in-house or can we bring in caterers?)

· How do you handle receptions with alcohol?
