We don't have a reception or lunch space that could accommodate 220 people in one room. Everyone could be on the Mezzanine Level but they would be spread out. Does that work for your event? The Mezzanine consists of a large lobby area, Mezzanine 2,3,4, Mezzanine 5, and the Oregon Room. You can find a diagram of our space online at www.wtcpd.com. For your lunch we could seat 130 people in Mezzanine 2,3,4, 90 in Mezzanine 5, and 50 in the Oregon Room. For the reception, people could flow between all the rooms and the bar would be in the Exhibit Space. The room rental for the space would be $750 total if you did a reception and lunch. Here is what is included in the rental: ? Award winning, in-house Executive Chef ? Professional and experienced Sales Coordinator to handle event related details ? Formal service staff to take care of the event from start to finish ? Tables and chairs ? Ivory linen ? China and silver ? Full-service top shelf cocktail bars with liquor liability provided by the World Trade Center ? Glassware at the bar ? Service staff and bartenders ? Convenient underground parking lot available at a SMART park rate ? Set-up/tear down of all non-decoration items handled by the World Trade Center I have attached catering menus and AV prices. Let me know if you have any questions. How many people are planning to attend? Our Auditorium seats 220 people. What time would you need space for the Reception? What type of catering would you need? We do all of our own catering in-house. Once I figure receive that information, I can give you the room rental rate. I have attached our catering menus and AV prices for you to look through. Hi Cylvia,
I spoke with my contact at the 2WTC building and April 9th from 9:00am to 3:00pm will work for the auditorium. They do have an event starting there at 5:00pm so if you were wanting to host an evening reception it would have to move into one of the different 2WTC rooms. I am copying Carrie Pliska on this e-mail as she will be your contact moving forward with the event.
Carrie - Will you please help Cylvia with pricing, availability, catering, etc. for her event. I'm sure she will be in touch with you soon!
Thank you both!
Sincerely,
Jenny Walkiewicz

Subject: Information about Gulf Coast conference
Greetings Behzad and Jenny,
Attached is a DRAFT outline of the Gulf Coast conference we are planning to implement. Our date is April 9th. Please take a look and let us know if this is indeed something we could hold at the PGE auditorium.
If so, we need to know a couple things:
· What are our options for food for the attendees (only in-house or can we bring in caterers?)
· How do you handle receptions with alcohol?
Thanks so much,
Cylvia
