Margi, I will contact the contractor to discuss a plan and then I will need to schedule a meeting for the stakeholders to have a discussion of the proposed plan including the requirements (compensation) of the contract. I suspect we will need to prepare a list (schedule) for all of us to follow with our roles and responsibilities. This is a different compensation method how I manage projects and will need to work with all the stakeholders to get it right.
I also need to touch base with the Energy Trust to release the sponsorship funding to the contractor.
