Cylvia, As I was reading the final version of our NWAF grant I was struck again by the fact that you are leading something that hasn't been done before --- a statewide focus on poverty. This has been an issue of concern to me my whole career and I wanted to make sure I acknowledged your leadership to move this issue to the fore.
