Good morning Mary and Jan.

Mary as you may or may not know, Phil Greenhill spoke with the Governor on Thursday of last week inviting Cylvia Hayes to speak at an event for Cavity Free Kids. This event will take place on Monday, July 1, 2013 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Bay Area Hospital, Myrtle Conference room. Luncheon will follow at the Southwest Oregon Culinary Institute from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Dane Smith of Advantage Dental is leading this event. He would like Cylvia to address the following topic: The triple aim of better health, better access and better costs. How can each community help achieve this goal? He would like Cylvia to address the above topic for approximately 15 minutes. She would present to the community leaders at the awards luncheon from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.

Please let me know if Cylvia would be able to attend this luncheon and present to our community.
