Greetings Robert,

Attached is a slightly updated version of the Environment section (tracked changes).  Also on the cover, where you currently have “The Prosperity Plan is a project of the Oregon Prosperity Initiative, which serves to engage state government with business, philanthropic, and non-profit communities in an effort to increase Prosperity for all Oregonians,” I’d like to replace that with the best summary line of our vision statement when we nail that down.

Finally, in the Jobs and Economy section please add the following recommendation:

Convene creative business and financial experts to explore opportunities for increasing wages and entrepreneurial opportunities for lower income populations and communities.
