I’m sorry there seems to have been a miscommunication on my end of all of this. Apparently this was the First Lady’s request and the meeting was to be held at the PCC Campus in Portland. Is it possible for her make May 8th appointment only at the PCC Campus in Portland.

Margaret asked that I set up a meeting between her, First Lady Cylvia, and Dr. Gatewood from PCC, the only thing that was unclear was location. Would it be more convenient for Cylvia to meet in Salem or Portland and are there any times that work better than others? Generally Margaret is in Salem Mondays and Tuesdays but I can arrange her schedule according to Cylvia’ s availability. Please advise.
