That works for me. This ought to get much easier once my assistant is on board and we put in place a scheduling plan. Starting on the 31st I will mostly be based out of Salem with some meeting in Eugene and elsewhere.
Has John asked you to help round up the people that should be invited to the meeting on the 10th? I don’t suspect so but want to make sure we are not duplicating efforts.

I understand that you are wanting to convene a meeting to discuss issues related to hunger & food bank projects. JK would be there for the beginning of the meeting; but then he would turn it over to you and leave the meeting. He said that this needs to happen prior to the 2/12 Medford project kick-off.
